If you cancel at least 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule, and 100% of your payment will be applied to your new booking.

If you cancel between 7 and 14 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total photoshoot cost will be charged. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule, and 50% of the payment will be applied to your new booking.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your session, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total photoshoot cost will apply. You are more than welcome to make another booking.

In the highly unlikely and exceptional case that I have to cancel your booking you’ll receive a full refund or, if you prefer, we can reschedule your photos session. TheLightFull Ltd is not responsible for consequential losses, and does not offer compensation.

In cases where the photoshoot needs to be canceled due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, you’ll have the option of a full refund or rescheduling your session.
